Once a month, we gather around The Tasting Table to do exactly that. Expect a flight of fabulous cheeses, each paired with a drink and something other delicious morsel — sometimes classic, sometimes a little more surprising.
It’s not a cheese & wine lecture. It’s relaxed, it's informal. It involves plenty of discussion, a little bit of learning - maybe a recipe shared - and even the odd disagreement about which pairing was best.
