Italian-style salami with a beautifully soft and silky texture. Made with premium veal from Westcombe Dairy's own farms and pearly back fat from Gothelney Farm’s Tamworth pigs. Flavoured with Sicilian fennel, Finocchiona has a full, aromatic flavour with peppery and earthy undertones.
