A smooth, well rounded farmhouse cheddar from Somerset, selected for its warm, lingering flavours and happy balance of creaminess and acidity.

Both pasteurised and raw milk versions of Westcombe Cheddar are produced – please contact us if you have a specific requirement and we will confirm which batch we currently have in stock.
