Sweet and mild with a nutty aroma with notes of toasted bread and butter. More subtle and less “goat-y”, it makes a good gateway goat’s cheese.
A traditional Belgian abbey-style goat’s cheese, using milk from Saanen Alpine cross goats which is delivered fresh daily to the dairy.
Cabriolait is sweet and mild with a brine washed rind that creates a nutty aroma, and an ivory white paste with notes of toasted bread and butter. This has a more subtle goat-y flavour, making it more approachable than it’s fellow goat’s milk cheeses.
