Description

This hard ewe milk cheese is named after it's location, Wakebridge in Derbyshire, and is made using Manor Farm's own herd of 650 ewes. Sourced by Neal's Yard Dairy towards the end of 2024, this cheese is close textured, mild and savoury with a hint of sweetness.
