This distinctive goat’s milk cheese is handcrafted in Devon using locally sourced milk. Ticklemore is gently pressed and matured under carefully controlled conditions, resulting in a firm yet moist texture that easily crumbles. The flavours are clean and fresh, with lively citrus overtones and a mellow creaminess that doesn’t overpower. Its thin, natural rind gives way to a pure white paste—making it an excellent introduction to artisan goat’s cheeses.
