This soft washed rind cheese, made by Blackwoods Cheese Co, is salty and savoury, with a dense satiny texture and is made using organic milk. Hever is a new cheese developed by the makers of Graceburn – a cow’s milk feta-style cheese that is steeped in cold pressed rapeseed oil and herbs – and takes its name from nearby Hever Castle.
