Inspired by Persian feta (not to be confused with the drier, crumbly Greek version), Graceburn is a soft & creamy cow’s milk cheese from Kent. Stored in extra virgin olive oil and Kent rapeseed oil, infused with thyme, garlic, bay and pepper, this is the perfect summer cheese – use in salads or crumbled over roasted butternut squash.
Available in 250g jar or (approx) 250g, 500g, 750g portions. Freshly cut & packaged to order.
