Handcrafted by Ticklemore Cheese Dairy in the heart of Devon, this farmhouse blue is made using pasteurised cow’s milk from local herds. The cheese develops a natural rind as it matures, encouraging gentle blue veining and a soft, fudgy texture. Its flavour is well-balanced and mellow with a hint of spice as it matures, with buttery and savoury notes of mushroom and a touch of sweetness that lingers on the palate.
Available in (approx) 250g, 500g, 750g portions. Freshly cut & wrapped to order.
