This striking semi-hard cheese is handcrafted in Cornwall, using locally sourced cow’s milk. Each wheel is carefully wrapped in handpicked nettle leaves to form a natural edible rind, which imparts a delicate, earthy aroma and allows a gentle bloom to develop on the rind. Beneath its distinctive foliage, Cornish Yarg reveals a fresh, lemony flavour, creamy just under the rind and crumbly at its core.
Available in (approx) 250g, 500g, 750g portions. Freshly cut & wrapped to order.
