A traditional Belgian abbey-style goat’s cheese, using milk from Saanen Alpine cross goats which is delivered fresh daily to the dairy.
Cabriolait is sweet and mild with a washed rind that creates a nutty aroma, and an ivory white paste, with notes of toasted bread and butter. This has a more subtle goat-y flavour, making it more approachable than it's fellow goat's milk cheeses.
