This indulgent soft blue cheese is crafted at Cropwell Bishop Creamery in Nottinghamshire, using full-fat milk sourced from Peak District farmers. Beauvale is matured until a thin, natural rind forms, giving way to a luxuriously creamy, spreadable paste beneath. Its mellow blue flavour is gentle and savoury, delivering subtle tang without overpowering bite. Perfect for both blue cheese fans and those seeking a softer, more approachable alternative.

Available in (approx) 250g, 500g, 750g portions. Freshly cut & wrapped to order.
