Like real ale, modern cider and perry have undergone a renaissance, moving away from mass-produced, sugary options toward a diverse, artisanal & “whole juice” product, sharing more in common with fine wine than lager.
Explore a flight of six cheeses, each paired with a different cider or perry, guided by local cider enthusiast Peter Tasko fresh from behind the bar at the Hitchin Beer & Cider Festival.
