Rollright is a soft, washed rind cheese banded in spruce bark. The delicate pink rind gives way to a soft, spoonable paste with flavours of crème fraîche, cured ham, mustard seed and woodsmoke.
Named after the Neolithic Rollright stones which stand close to the original site of the Dairy on the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border, Rollright is now made at Manor Farm, Chedworth in Gloucestershire, by King Stone Dairy, the makers of Ashcombe, Bibury & Yarlington.
Available in (approx) 250g, 500g, 750g portions (from a 3kg wheel). Freshly cut & wrapped to order.
