A new, Reblochon-style, washed rind, cows milk cheese from Fen Farm, Suffolk. With a crunchy rind and smooth oozing paste, this cheese exhibits notes of fresh hazelnuts and smoky bacon, with earthy woodland undertones. Ideal for winter evenings as an easy-eating cheese or great in Tartiflette or fondue.
